Recently I had the pleasure of attending my very first Compressions CPR training.
The instructors were very professional and so knowledgeable in their presentation! I really enjoyed the video presentations, as it was presented with such clarity as to how CPR actually works. The step by step training done by the instructors was amazing, but my most enjoyable segment was the hands-on training with the manikins, and learning how to save an adult, child or infants' precious life if an emergency were to occur. The way everything was presented and taught allowed students to demonstrate their hands-on skills, which I found very helpful for remembering all the necessary details in the event that I'm ever presented with a life-saving situation. Due to the instructors reminding us of the intricate details in the process of our practicing, I feel very confident as well as comfortable to be able to administer CPR to someone if necessary.
I highly recommend Compressions training for everyone! I was very satisfied and now have a great feeling of accomplishment, and last but not least.. I'm CPR certified!
